Here, he honed his proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, tools that are invaluable in his ongoing career exploration in the field of management.

His professional experience is varied and rich. He worked at Capriccio Ristorante in Pembroke, Florida, where he excelled in customer service, often exceeding patron expectations. He also contributed significantly at Dunkin' Donuts in Sunrise, Florida, where his dedication to customer satisfaction and detail orientation enhanced the consumer experience.

Moreover, he has practical experience in the family business, USA Sound Inc., in Hallandale, Florida. As a Retail Sales Manager, he gained expertise in automotive technologies and aftermarket product installations, including touchscreen radios, speakers, and specialized vehicle lighting. Additionally, as Assistant Manager at Mobile Car Wash Inc. in Bal Harbour, Florida, he led operations and service delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction.
